The Insurance Commission of WA is pleased to announce the launch of its new web tools for service providers. From 30 May 2008 the new system will be available for all users, your logonid and password details from the previous system have been carried over and can be used as normal.

The new system offers a more modern interface which allows the use of browser functions such as the forward and back buttons, and as well as being more visually pleasing adds functionality to the system such as the ability to display all invoices paid on an EFT/cheque number, a 'Query ICWA' function which allows users to submit a query about an invoice directly to the claim file and an export function which allows search results to be downloaded to your computer in either a spreadsheet or PDF format.

Please take a minute to look over the relevant system manual before logging on. If you feel comfortable with the new environment please go ahead and log in, or if you would prefer to have an officer of the Insurance Commission of WA attend your practice to provide training please contact Andrew on 9264 3494. In the mean time, our old system is still available for use.
